This page provides research links for the companies currently followed by Verve Capital and is designed to serve as a "workstation", as well. (See Search Boxes below, six in all).

A click on a portfolio company name leads to a clickable list of S.E.C. filings for the company, furnished by Edgar Online. New! An * following the company name leads directly to the S.E.C. filings for the company, accessed by its own CIK (Central Index Key). A click on the symbol provides a CBSMarketWatch quote with fundamental data, including market value. The preferred chart is from Stockmaster - 1-yr, indexed to the S&P 500. A click on "news" brings up a Yahoo! detailed quote with a news search for the company compiled from Reuters, PR Newswire, Businesswire and The Motley Fool, and a 1-5-yr graph, as available. A news search can go back about six months. The "Fincl" column links lead a WSRN spread sheet for the company which contain a LTM and 5 annual income statement summaries (including EBIT), ratios (which are chartable) and estimates. The last 6 quarterly statements are also summarized.

Please note that a new column has been added - WS/PR (Profile). Click on "ws" to access a company's website. The "pr" link is to a MarketGuide profile of the company, via Yahoo!. This profile page includes clicks to all Yahoo!-available info on the company and a pre-phrased link to the S.E.C.'s Edgar database raw filings on the company.

At the bottom of the page are search boxes for these internet sites, including links to the WSRN and S.E.C. databases. All accept a search by ticker symbol and some by name, too.

Clients do, and are invited, to submit their own portfolio interest lists to reside anonymously, or as desired, on the vervecapital site in similar format.
